Flavor God Chipotle Seasoning is probably one of my most favorite things right now.
Seriously, it’s delish.
And no, I’m not getting paid for saying that, nor do I make any $ if you buy it (I wish).
I just love it because it’s spicy, smoky, and makes my food prep life so much easier! Plus, it seems to be lasting a really, really long time which makes my bank account happy, too.
The other night I whipped up these Chipotle Chicken Lettuce Wraps in about 10 minutes.. and ate them in about 2.
No judgement, k?
I also didn’t measure, I just wanted to take pics and eat. But you’ll get the idea!
First, I thawed some chicken breast tenders and cut them up. Chicken breasts would also work just fine. This recipe is all about convenience though.
Then I tossed them in Flavor God Chipotle Seasoning (just buy a whole kit #worthit) while I heated up a saute pan.
Let ’em sizzle…. YUM. Oh, I just use either coconut oil or olive oil to cook it in. Depends on what I’m feeling.
Okay it depends on whatever is closest.
Don’t play with them too much. Just put ’em down, flip it, and reverse it.
(I seriously crack myself up)
I like it when they’re a little crispy. Honestly I prefer grilled but it’s f**king cold in MI and I’m a sissy sometimes. So no grill. Still good.
This mango salsa I just bought at Meijer and it was the perfect complement with a little sweet from the mango to hit your taste buds with the spicy chipotle. It’s in the fresh market section and honestly, it was the last sell-by date so it was marked down for a fast sale. #sold
I know, I know. Genius. Again, this was all about convenience.
But this Mango Salsa from Cookie + Kate also looks divine.
Quickly assemble by dropping chicken onto lettuce leaves, top with mango salsa. I suppose you could add a little sprinkle of cheese… but I thought it was pretty darn good as is. If I wasn’t in such a hurry to stuff my face, I probably would have added some sort of carbohydrate like sweet potatoes or something? I digress.
Just look at it. Perfectly meal plan or 21 day fix approved too.
